All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping

We offer two shipping options to bring our tropical styles to your doorstep:

• Free Shipping – For orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipment)

We ship worldwide excluding Asia and some remote areas. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applicable in their country.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Returns Timeframe

We happily accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order.

Return Conditions

• All original tags must be attached

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear bottoms or any items where the hygiene seal has been removed.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take 5-10 additional business days to appear on your statement.
